As the Creative Production Leader, you will be at the helm of our creative operations team, orchestrating the seamless delivery of content production. Your role spans leadership, ideation, production delivery, process optimisation, and leading on sustainable production practices. You will contribute to our creative evolution, ensuring that every project surpasses expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership**: Lead a talented team of creative and production professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- **Creative Production Delivery**: Oversee the end-to-end creative delivery process, ensuring projects meet and exceed client expectations.
- **Creative Ideation**: Craft innovative ideas that align with client briefs, drawing inspiration from our internal team as well as external creative partners.
- **Process Optimisation**: Collaborate across teams to establish efficient and effective processes, enhancing the creative delivery of projects.
- **Reporting**:Provide insightful operational reports to the Senior Leadership Team, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- **Creative Producing**: Manage own projects when required, ensuring seamless execution.
- **Project Profitability**: Monitor profitability KPIs across projects in alignment with our Client Services team.
- **Sustainable Production**: Champion best practices in sustainable creative production methods, contributing to a greener future.

Your expertise spans the high-volume, routine shoots through to large scale and complex projects, showcasing a mastery of the intricacies within the production process.
**Creative Ideation Savvy**: Proven ability to transform client ideas and concepts into tangible, impactful projects—a testament to your visionary approach.
**Self-Management**: Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and capable of handling complex situations with a proactive approach to your own learning and development.
**Interpersonal Skills**: You will pride yourself on your excellent verbal and written communication and your natural ability to build effective working relationships.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
