IFA Administrator
Leeds

NJR Recruitment is currently working with a well known regional Chartered IFA practice that specialise in providing high quality personal advice to their long term clients. Due to their ongoing growth they are now looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their practice.

The role is to work with the existing administration and the technical teams to support a small number of financial planners who advise on Whole of Market products. It will involve working with high net worth individuals and corporate clients on areas including pension, investment and protection planning.

**Responsibilities**:
Analysing and assisting with research for compiling Financial Planning reports
Handling client queries wherever possible for the Advisers
Servicing existing clients by providing valuations and portfolio updates as and when required
Send letters of authority and gather accurate information
Maintaining client records
Processing of commissions
Adhoc projects and administrative tasks as and when necessary

**Requirements**:
Previous experience within an IFA firm
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
Excellent organisation, time management and prioritising skills
The ability to work well within a team environment and to build effective working relationship
Experience of provider platforms and back office systems (ideally Intelliflo) would also be of benefit
