Are you an Adults Social Worker with experience working with Mental Health or Learning Disabilities?

A local authority based in Chester is giving you the opportunity to join their Complex Care and Review Team

This well-rated local authority is offering up to £30 per hour and mobile/flexible working, you will office based in either Ellesmere Port or Winsford for 2 days per week and then able to work from home giving you a great amount of autonomy. Visits and assessmentswill be made face-to-face and cover the entire Cheshire West footprint so you have the opportunity to manage your own diary and have an excellent work life balance

The contract will be ongoing giving you the time and stability to be able to make real progress with your caseload, some locum staff in this team have been there for over 12 months giving you an insight into the excellent working environment you'll be joining

This role will involve:
Care Act assessments

Review of whole service, household hours, care plans

Project work to set up bespoke services and accommodation
- A Qualified Social Worker
- Experienced in a Mental Health or Learning Disabilities environment
- In possession of a full UK drivers licence and own transportation
