A housing company based in Speke (On good transport links) is looking for Customer Service Administrators to join the team on on ongoing temporary basis the potential to be made permanent. This position will be starting on January 16th with interviews happeningbetween the 9th and 11th of January.

Due to continued growth and ongoing demand the team are looking for people to join with a variety of different shifts available.

Working on the "Helpline" this is a position where you know you are helping make a difference and will be handling a variety of calls.
The typical things that may come up could be:
Someone has triggered a panic button in one of the homes - Calls will be made to investigate why, what has happened, follow up, react and call the relevant team etc
Logging information on the system from the calls and investigations
Follow up and ensure that is everything is fine and no more action is needed
Plus much more.

The position is 100% office based, the first 2 - 4 weeks will be training where some of it will be classroom based and then on the job training.
The working hours vary and are on a shift basis, there are day shifts available, night shifts, over night shifts and more.

The hourly rate of pay is between £11.00 to £14.00 depending on the shifts.
