Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a leading, global chemicals specialist who are looking for an experienced SHEQ & Sustainability Administrator to join their business.
Based out of their Head Office in Goole on a hybrid basis (2 days on site), this role will sit in the Group Safety Team and will be responsible for providing administrative support.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking business that has innovation and sustainability at the heart of everything it does.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Providing administrative and analytical support across SHEQ function
- Compile and maintain reports and correspondence, including Board level reports
- Create and distribute communications and presentations as appropriate
- Contribute to review / writing of Policy / Procedure
- Contribute and assist in sustainability strategy
- Assist the business units with implementation of management systems
- Booking of training courses for business units where appropriate
- Corporate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and co-ordination of claims management
- Managing UK employee and contractor insurance claims
- Collating and data entry of SHEQ and sustainability information for reporting purposes
I'm keen to speak to individuals with the following skillset:

- Previous administration experience
- Good knowledge of the HSE regulations
- Computer literate (MS office, SAP)
- Good planning and organisation skills
- You will have effective communication skills, capable of working with staff at all levels
- To be able to work to a high and consistent standard with good attention to detail
- NEBOSH Certificate
