An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our Queensbrook family on a permanent basis.

- Uphold the ethos and values of our Nursery, being a family run, homely nursery that considers our team to be part of a family.
- Deliver activities in line with our dedicated curriculum, they will also be required to complete observations and provide regular feedback on children’s progress using our fantastic Famly app.
- Be able to make learning for all children fun and encourage exploration through play. Providing stimulating experiences and opportunities for all children.
- Build strong relationships with parents and work together to support each and every child.

We consider the key attributes required of a Nursery Practitioner to be:

- NNEB qualification/NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
- Proven experience of providing childcare for children aged 0-5 to a high professional standard
- Experience of observing, monitoring and recording the development of all children
- The ability to work as part of a lovely team
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine enthusiasm to work with younger children and make a difference to all
