Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a Customer Service Agent - Multilingual on a 6-month temporary contract.
**The role**:
As a Spanish / French / Italian or German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will provide a practical, professional and efficient response to requests from policy holders and coordinate the assistance in line with the policy limits and the company procedures.
**Key tasks of the Spanish, French, Italian or German Speaking Customer Service Agent**:

- Maintain a clear and complete record of each assistance case and follow through on all cases to completion
- Manage all aspects of the assistance, ensuring that all services are delivered within the agreed times and customers are fully updated on progress
- Ensure that any service failures or potential problems are escalated to managers
- Ensure that all aspects of the assistance are managed in the most cost-effective manner, considering all options available
- Check all invoices for UK and foreign suppliers against agreed parameters
- Advise customers and answer queries regarding claims relating to any policies
- Possess complete knowledge of all procedures, allowances, and benefits of any insurance product
- To recognise and communicate to Managers potential improvements in procedures and processes
- Support and deputise for the Management Team within agreed guidelines when required

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:

- Good standard of education - including English Language GCSE or equivalent
- High level of organisation required
- To be able to manage multiple assistance cases and prioritise effectively
- To be able to remain calm and focussed under pressure
- To be driven by providing the highest level of member care and service
- Experience of working in a service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good knowledge of either Spanish, French, German or Italian (spoken and written) is essential
- PC literate with fast and accurate typing speed

**What's in it for you?**
- £13 - £14 per hour (full or part time hours available)
- Starting 27th March 2023 ongoing for 6 months
- Hours: Shift work which includes weekends and Bank Holidays
- Languages are advantageous however, will consider applicants that have no languages
