- Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Proficient in using software such as Salesforce, Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, and Workday HRIS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively present information to individuals or groups
- Experience in conducting training needs assessments and designing customized training programs
- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills

Pay: £30,150.00-£31,387.00 per year
