Coastal Keeping are a family-run property management company based in West Cornwall. The service we offer to our clients is of an exceptionally high standard and as a result of the personalised 5* service we offer, we have become a very successful holiday property management company covering properties throughout West Cornwall.

As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on delivering a 5-star service to both our property owners and our holiday guests so we are looking for passionate and hard-working individuals to join our team. The individuals we are looking for will need to possess a can-do attitude and be thorough in their work. You will have a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach, accepting only the very best results from yourself and your team members. The individual will be helping to prepare, clean, and manage a portfolio of holiday let’s in Sennen, St Just and Porthcurno, so previous experience in this field is essential. Due to the location of some of the properties we manage, a full driving license and access to transport is essential unless you are able to reach a particular destination with ease. Hours of work will be predominately Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm, so you will need to be available weekly on those days.

Previous experience of changeovers, or housekeeping in holiday accommodation, a hotel setting, or other self-catering accommodation is advantageous, as is having the ability to clean to a high standard and makeup beds ready for guests. Further training will be given to the successful applicants and bonus rewards will be offered to those that possess the necessary skills and attitude we are looking for.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
