**Front of House**

AMP is a boutique gym that operates a wellness centre within the Chelsea Barracks residential estate. This includes a gym, swimming pool, sports hall, yoga studio & treatment rooms.

The establishment is centred around 5* customer service and community engagement, whether that's supporting residents, providing tours, or upholding immaculate facility standards.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to all our members
- Greet and check-in every client
- Maintain excellent facility standards; keeping an organised work space, folding towels, tidying member spaces (including changing rooms)
- Conduct gym tours for prospective clients
- Deal with any member queries or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean & organised reception area, including changing rooms

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills - previous experience preferred
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to show empathy
- Proactively approach work, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment when required
- Have a passion for fitness and enjoyment of the gym environment
