Machine Minder Nights

We currently have opportunity for a **Machine Minder** to support our operational team, providing high quality engineering / set up support across the site with particular focus on the reduction in engineering downtime, improvements in production efficiency and plant reliability

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Assisting in the stripping down of machine for deep cleans and rebuild
- Blade changing and sharpening and integrity checks
- Setting of machines for the respective product
- Carrying out all suitable adjustments / improvements to equipment / machinery
- 1st line of basic level mechanical repairs on all equipment
- Carry out safety checks to ensure the machinery is in a good and safe working condition
- Completion of relevant paperwork and check sheets

The job holders will need to work on own initiative, be self managing, be methodical and accurate in their workmanship, have reasonable verbal and written English skills and be flexible in their hours of work.
