**What you’ll be doing**:
- Assisting with the delivery of Information Security IT activities that are aligned to the business objectives and overall company strategy
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and customers to ensure their requirements are met, this includes one to one liaison, setting expectations and working to clear service level agreements
- Contributing to the development and delivery of system documentation
- Supporting the administration processes for formal audits on data, products and services; an example task is collecting evidence
- Problem solving by interrogating data and documentation to identify process issues and where possible provides solutions
- Carrying out data modelling activity such as creating reports and conducting basic analysis
- Ensures that data and records are appropriately managed by updating documents in Microsoft packages and related systems. This includes supporting the management of department budgets and finances
- Gathers data from a number of sources and feeds the information into their team and managers in the form of reports and presentations
**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:
- Expertise of working in a similar role or Security environment
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Evidence of Critical Thinking & Analysis of information
Desirable:
- Awareness of business unit policies and processes

**The** **Information Security Team**:
You will be reporting to the Senior Security Manager and will be carrying out a range of tasks in support of the delivery of the Information Security and IT service. You will be assisting the team with general office management duties as well as working with data to identify solutions to known problems. This is a great opportunity to get exposure across the business working with a variety of stakeholders and being able to influence the security aspects of all future submarine products.
