Main Duties:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Invoice keying and performing regular bank reconciliations.
- General Bookkeeping duties
- Maintaining & reconciling accounts
- VAT returns
- Purchase & Sales Ledgers (posting invoices, credit notes, bills etc.).
- Bank Reconciliation
- Processing payroll and handling payroll tax filings
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the Directors, Managers, and the office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Good working knowledge of Xero is a bonus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Plympton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
