We are a family-run Australian business that operates food and beverage outlets at airports, creating exceptional experiences for all our customers. Our newest site, at Luton Airport, is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join us in our latest exciting venture.

Our newest site, opening in May 2023, will be an exciting new concept - delivering premium quality coffee, sandwiches, wraps and bowls within a grab & go setting. This will be a completely new brand, inspired by the popular Australian brunch scene and you will be key to its successful delivery.

People are at the heart of what we do, and our staff are central to the success of our establishments. You'll be a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player, passionate about coffee and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer dining experience in a vibrant coffee-stop setting.

This is an hourly paid role, and you will be required to work shifts. Shifts may include an early morning start (e.g 2 am) or a late finish (e.g 11.30 pm) (there is no requirement for split or double shifts).

**The role**

To ensure that our consistently high level of service is enjoyed by our customers at all times and in line with our policies and procedures. To deliver an outstanding coffee-stop experience and to work effectively with the back of house team to provide first class service with particular attention to hospitality and the promotion of sales.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Trained barista.

**Relevant experience**
- Significant previous barista experience is essential
- Familiar with health and safety/food standard requirements
- Familiar with an airport-based hospitality setting - preferred but not essential
- Proven ability to generate sales in a hospitality setting.

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow a process and maintain high levels of service delivery under pressure
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Demonstrable knowledge of food and beverages
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Ability to effectively handle customer complaints.

**Salary**

£11.00 per hour plus the following benefits:
