**Position**:
Interested in the maritime industry? Mercator Media has an exciting new challenge/adventure for individuals like you We are looking for a full time Marketing Apprentice to join our team on-site at our modern office on the South coast in Fareham, along the M27.

**Other information**:
**What will your job entail?**
- Maintain the PR and mailing databases, by completing lead generation activities to find new contacts.
- Assist the Content Creator with the creation and development of internal branded documents, including power point presentations, sales documents and events collateral.
- Assist with general in-house marketing enquiries e.g. providing images from contra agreements.
- Research competitor activity.
- Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
- Create the annual eNews, magazine and web advert schedules.
- Create and update house adverts, both in print and online
- Assist Marketing & PR Manager with marketing wash-up evaluations for all relevant brands and events.
- Assist Marketing & PR Manager writing press releases and content for marketing campaigns following the Mercator Media tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Work with the Content Creator on social media, including both organic and paid for campaigns.
