**The Role*
We are looking for a Upholstery Team Leader to join our fast paced Manufacturing team on a Permanent basis, working 39.0 Hours per Week.
If you are passionate about leading and inspiring a team of people along with a drive to achieve manufacturing targets our Upholstery Team Leader role at DFS could be perfect for you. Our Team Leaders are responsible for the day to day leadership and management of their team including areas such as performance and absence management, health & safety compliance, achieving of production targets, and personal development. You will need to have an engaging and inspiring personality to motivate you team to achieve production targets in a "Just-In-Time" environment.
We're looking for people who are passionate about doing a great job, ready to get stuck in and be part of a high achieving team. You don't need to have previous furniture making experience but a background in manufacturing would be beneficial. There is a lot of on the job training so if you have a willingness to learn we will teach you everything you need to know.
