Manufacturing is one of our key services and as a member of the team, your daily work will be essential to helping us provide the service our customers know and love.

A day in the life of a DoorCo production operative will include a range of tasks depending on the area of manufacturing they are assigned to which includes machining, glazing, paint prep, painting, final processing and quality checking followed by wrapping and packing. Initially you will start your training in one department, from there you have the opportunity to expand and become a multiskilled operative.
- A safety first mentality and An understanding of health and safety requirements
- Experience and a proven history of following SOP’s
- A desire to improve efficiency
- A ‘can do’ flexible attitude
- Willingness to be assigned to other areas of the facility when required.
- Attention to detail
- Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
