**Role Profile**

Reporting to the Head of Aviation and Transport, this role is primarily responsible for providing top-notch administration, reporting and support for anything related to aviation. This is a fantastic role and opportunity for someone to learn about tour operating and all things aviation, as you’ll have exposure to all aspects of holiday creation. This is a great starting point for someone interested in a career in tour operating and aviation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Customer team with managing internal requests (tasks) based on customer enquiries and replying in timely manner with correct information as required.
- Checking the details carefully of long-haul bookings to ensure passenger and travel details are correct in Tiger Bay (our internal selling system) and ensuring any additional aviation services (eg wheelchair assistance etc) have been secured correctly.
- Assisting with the quoting and booking of upgrade flight requests and deviations as required using GDS or airline booking portals as required.
- Liaising with, and advising, the inventory and programme change teams, in relation to tour amendments involving change of airlines or change of flight times.
- Updating of flight information and adding PNR detail in Tiger Bay as required.
- Monitoring internal reporting ensuring late bookings are flagged to team and booked accordingly & correctly.
- Updating, and monitoring of internal diary; ensuring team meet deadlines in terms of flight commitments, ticketing time limits and other deadline dependent tasks.
- Running internal reporting supporting the ticketing function and ensuring all non-group tickets are known and handled accordingly and correctly.
- Supporting the wider Aviation team with administrative duties as required.
