**About The Role**:
Title: Cleaner - IFF

**Location: Haverhill, CB9 8DR**

**Pay: £11.44**

**Shifts are TBC, Variety of hours available - 10 hours / 25 hours and 30 hours (Part Time)**

Purpose and scope of job

To maintain the hygiene standards which are required within IFF through plant and environmental cleaning.

Main duties and Responsibilities
- To carry out all cleaning tasks as detailed by the Cleaning Instruction Cards / work schedule, to agreed standard, as directed by the Hygiene Supervisor / Hygiene Manager.
- To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene.
- To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
- Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately to your supervisor.
- To ensure company / client provided uniform is kept clean and tidy and is always worn whilst at work.
- To use every effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with our customer and your colleagues.
- To ensure that all machinery is Isolated / locked off prior to cleaning, as trained.
- Correct use “as trained” of hazardous chemicals - acids / alkalis
- To attend training as required by your Line Manager / supervisor.
- Report all accidents and ‘near misses’ to your Line Manager / supervisor.
