Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator to join our team, based in Leeds. You will be working on a full-time Fixed Term Basis for 24 months, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a starting salary of £11,012.60 for 1st year, 2nd year will be the same until you are over 19, then national minimum wage applies. **Responsibilities for the Apprentice Administrator role are**:
To act as the first point of contact for the Leeds office

Office administration duties

Notetaking, photocopying, scanning, meeting scheduling and ordering of stationery

Assist in maintenance of monthly key performance indicators

Compile, update and maintain manual and computerised reports

Assist Planners maintain diaries of the operatives with arranging of work

Good standard of education of GCSE level, Math’s & English, A-C desirable. Willing to work towards a Business Administration NVQ.
