**Job Title**: _Steriliser Operator (Shift 3, Factory 2)_

- We currently have an opportunity for a permanent role as a Steriliser Operator to join us._

- The function of a Production Steriliser Operator is to oversee the sterilisation process of the product and maintain the production process, so work continues in a safe and productive manner, maintaining food safety and quality. You will be required to control the supply of formulated products to the filling machines on time and using the correct type of formula Control the process formulation between allergens and non-allergens and control batches on time and in line with production planning. You will be required to record production statistics, monitor equipment operation, and record accurate information on a daily basis. _

About you
- You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, have strong communication skills, be able to participate in problem solving techniques and be able to work nights and weekends._
- The following qualifications/skills are required:_
- _GCSE standard or equivalent_
- _Be able to communicate in written and verbal English_
- _Experience in working in food manufacturing environment_
- _Have an awareness of food allergen and basic food hygiene_
- _Working knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office_
- Desirable_
- _FLT licence_
- _HACCP trained_
- _COSHH trained_
- _Conversant with CIP (Clean In Place) processes_
