Telesales Administrator

Storm Industrial Roofing Ltd is a roofing repair and refurbishment specialist. This position is based at our office in Cannock and offers full flexibility with working hours to suit around school times.

Roles & Responsibilities;
- Handling telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Generating new leads.
- Achieving weekly targets.
- Outbound telesales calls to existing customers.
- Provide high levels of customer service.
- Updating and maintaining the database daily.
- Any other company duties to meet the expectations of the company’s objectives.

Experience;
Previous experience would be advantageous, but not necessary. All training will be provided.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
- Computer literate including knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems.

Our office hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs and 8am-1pm Fri, you can choose hours to suit yourself within our opening times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
