Talent Acquistion Advisor

Continuing our business growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquistion Specialist / In-house Recruier to join our growing Talent Acquistion / Recruitment team in York on a full-time basis.

You’ll ideally have previous recruitment experience and or strong retail expereince and be skilled in both telephone and face to face interviewing.

**Key experience required to be our Talent Acquistion Advisor / In-house Recruiter**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience preferential but not essential, we would open to someone with strong Retail Management expereince looking for a career change
- Experience using social media for recruitment
- Good level of general IT skills
- ‘Can do’ positive attitude
