Inside Sales Representative

**Purpose of the role**
**Requirements**:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- You are an excellent and clear communicator
- You have a keen-eye for accuracy
- You are level-headed, detail-oriented and can manage fluctuating workloads
- You have fluent spoken and written English language skills
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package
- You have wide IT skills and a tolerance to learn different processes and systems
- You are a proficient and flexible in prioritising tasks, even at short-notice
- Ideally you have some knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting
- Ideally you have some knowledge of HMC Custom import and export
- Ideally you have some valuable experience as an inside sales representative or similar sales role.
- Ideally you have some understanding of the chemical industry and its trends.
**Principal responsibilities**
As an Inside Sales Representative, you have the following responsibilities:
- **Inside Sales**
- Representing the company in a professional and humble way
- Making monthly price offers to current customers on regular sales to ensure the price remains competitive.
- Communicating daily with established and potential customers.
- Understand and use inventory data in order to determine stock levels to pass onto customers.
- Communicate on daily basis with Ravago functions - finance, credit, supply chain, etc.
**Other responsibilities**
- Support the business in other tasks and projects, where applicable
- Involvement at Ravago Group level where applicable
**Skills and Experience**
Previous experience in a similar role, would be a distinct advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
