**_Interaction Recruitment are looking for a board layer / process operator based in Shirley, Solihull.
You will be responsible for making LVT display boards in a variety of sizes, in accordance with the production plan.These boards will be installed within flooring show rooms and it is vital that they are assembled and finished to a very high standard.
Duties:_**

**_
- Prepare boards for manufacture, using templates for different layouts, cutting products on guillotines, using appropriate jigs and hand held tools where necessary.
- Trim, clean, label (and pack when necessary) display boards prior to storage.
- Carry out other duties as required and requested by line manager in line with the job purpose._**

**_Working two weeks on Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and four to six weeks on 7am to 3pm shift
Pay rate is £11.53 p/h (£22,500 per annum)
This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience in DIY, floor fitting possibly a semi-skilled joiner or similar experience in a production environment. _
