Caretaker/cleaner for a Portfolio of Holiday

Hours of work are 10:00am - 4:00pm on a Friday and a Saturday and sometimes other days when required. Previous cleaning/caretaking experience is desirable but not essential. The job requires the cleaning of three quality self-catering properties (two/three bedrooms) of varying sizes as and when required, mainly one on a Friday and two on a Saturday. Tasks will include the thorough cleaning of the properties, the basic maintenance of the properties and assisting guests with queries or issues. Car is essential due to location.

Changeover rates ranging between £70 and £100 per property.

**Salary**: £100.00 per day

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
