- Skillfully document customer issues, ensuring clear and accurate records.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Professionally handle incoming calls, providing effective solutions and information.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding issues, keeping customers informed of progress.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
