Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following the cleaning rota set by the general manager
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or complaints
- Check stock levels and report any required items to the general manager
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth bar operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender is preferred, but not essential as training will be given
- Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills to accurately process payments and provide change
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
