**Our Team**
Having only launched in January we are now looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team of passionate property experts. Our team takes great pride in delivering the highest quality of service to all clients and these relationships are absolutely key to the ongoing growth of Revere Property. There is a great atmosphere of collaboration, respect, trust, and integrity amongst our team.
**The Role**
Our Marketing and Social Media Executive will play a vital role in developing our new brand, growing our online presence and creating compelling content. You will be responsible for content across our social media platforms, website, and print materials. You will also monitor and report on the performance of our website and your marketing activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Revere brand and business.
**Key roles and responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the digital presence of the company, managing both the website and social media channels.
- Consistently refresh and optimise the website for SEO, including, copywriting and uploading content.
- Report on findings for web analytics and other KPIs (traffic, keywords, SEO performance).
- Manage Revere’s & our directors social media profiles, collecting images from our projects, managing the image library, creating and scheduling engaging content across different platforms to enhance brand visibility, overseeing activity and reporting.
- Copywriting content, including case studies and blogs/articles, for our web site and for social media channels.
- Collaborate with the wider team to collect service insights, feedback, and industry news for informing content creation.
- Design and create promotional materials for our Sales teams.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and undertake horizon scanning to identify competitive and market changes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of both internal (client events) and external events (conferences/exhibitions).
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and news.
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- 2+ years in a marketing role
- Proficiency in using editing software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Canva
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for various platforms and formats
- Online and print design skills, with the ability to create attractive and professional graphics, flyers, brochures, etc.
- Experience in managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, using meta suite or other analytics tools to optimize content and reach.
- A strong understanding of brand identity and tone of voice
- Competency in using Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience in running paid ads on social media and Google, with the knowledge of best practices and strategies to maximize ROI
- Experience in managing Google Analytics and reporting, with the ability to analyse data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Experience in updating website content and SEO, with the knowledge of WordPress
- A passion for photography and videography, with the ability to capture and edit high-quality images and videos for different purposes and audiences
- A flair for activations and promotions, with the ability to plan and execute innovative and effective campaigns that generate leads and conversions
- Initiative and proactivity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback
