First Choice Recruitment are currently looking for a Gatehouse Administrator to work for our ever-growing client based in the Junction 41 industrial estate, WF2.

**Job description**
- Role : Administrator - Nights
- Pay rate : would start at £13 per hour and review after 12 weeks.
- Shift pattern: 4 on/4 off, 6pm - 6am. The role does include weekends so MUST be flexible
- Location: Junction 41 Industrial Estate, Wakefield, WF2

**Responsibilities**:

- Recording goods in and good out.
- Updating various spreadsheets and data entry as and when required.
- Signing in visitors and completing relevant inductions.
- General Admin such as filing and scanning documents.
- Various duties as and when needed.

**For the role you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Previous experience within working in a gatehouse or office role or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent administrative skills
- Previous Customer services experience
- A positive can do approach
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills this been over the phone or face to face.
