Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation:

- Perform cavity wall insulation installations according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Drill holes into walls, insert insulation materials, and ensure even distribution within the cavity.
- Seal and patch holes to match existing wall finishes.

2. Site Preparation:

- Conduct pre-installation assessments to determine suitability and prepare the site.
- Protect furniture, fixtures, and the surrounding area from damage during installation.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all installations meet quality control standards and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct post-installation inspections to verify the effectiveness of the insulation.

4. Health and Safety:

- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on-site.

5. Customer Service:

- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process and address any concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for the client.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent on each job.
- Complete necessary paperwork and submit reports to the Installation Manager.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cavity wall insulation or a similar field preferred.
- Knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and building regulations.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in insulation installation (preferred but not required).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards.
