This is an excellent and interesting opportunity to work for a firm who are based close to Cardiff, who have a client centred approach and are experienced in helping clients with their Pensions, Investment needs. This company builds strong and long-lastingrelationships with their clients.

The role is essentially to provide administrative support to the Financial Advisers ensuring that the Advisers are organised and on top of everything, and that the end-to-end process is adhered to on the client’s behalf.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Working closely with the Financial Adviser to ensure all referrals/appointments are booked within a timely manner
- Act as the first point of contact for queries from clients
- Undertake new business processing, Letters of authority and valuations
- General office administration duties such as scanning, photocopying, and answering the telephone.

**Skills & Experience required**
- Experience within Administration is vital
- Experience within Financial Services administration or Mortgage admin would be desirable
- As an individual you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, and the ability to pick things up quickly and work as part of a team

**Salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience**
