**Position: Learning Support Assistant**

As a Drama Graduate, you will:

- **Teach and Inspire**: Lead drama and theatre sessions for students with various special needs, tailoring activities to their abilities and interests.
- **Create Inclusive Theatre**: Collaborate with students to develop creative performances, fostering self-expression and teamwork.
- **Adapt and Innovate**: Modify drama exercises and activities to meet the unique needs and challenges of each student.
- **Support Communication**: Help students develop their communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, through drama techniques.
- **Empower Confidence**: Boost students' self-esteem and self-confidence through creative expression.
- **Contribute to Holistic Learning**: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to integrate drama into our holistic educational approach.
- **Celebrate Achievements**: Celebrate and showcase students' achievements through performances and presentations.

**Qualifications**: To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A genuine passion for working with children and young adults with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and creativity to tailor drama activities to individual student needs.
- Empathy, patience, and a nurturing attitude.
