As an Auction Administrator you will be working closely with our ever-expanding Auction team to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of our processes. Your role will be a cornerstone in maximizing efficiency and driving revenue growth, allowing the team to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Brochure Processing - Process documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery to clients.
Customer Service - Act as the first point of contact for buyers and sellers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Assistance with other ad-hoc administration duties.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related data.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for contributing to a thriving auction department
