**Zaizi Clubs**
Zaizi is embarking on the next exciting stage of growth as a user-centred digital services consultancy. As part of that growth, Zaizi has formed Clubs that focus on sectors within the UK public services market.

Our Chapters provide the people with the knowledge and experience required to meet our customers’ demanding outcomes. From these Chapters, Teams are formed to deliver on project schedules that may range from a few weeks to multi-year engagements.

Zaizi is looking for adventurous, self-motivated and results-driven individuals who will help to bind the Clubs together as we grow and specialise across sectors, customers and regions.

The Role of Club Exec at Zaizi
The Club Exec will engage with customers at the C-level to help grow client accounts, while ensuring that the Club’s teams are happily engaged and delivering according to the outcomes agreed with Zaizi’s customers.

Our Club Execs are true servant leaders, able to juggle the finer details of complex and demanding customer engagements, while still being able to offer support and engage with a diverse range of colleagues and customers, from Team Leads to customer executive-level stakeholders, from Chapter Leads to the CEO. Our Club Execs form the glue that binds the Clubs into an efficient unit.

The Club Exec will be comfortable handling details of processes across multiple projects and customer accounts. Some of the day to day activities will include project scoping, kicking off recruitment, following progress in projects, handling escalations from teams or customers, producing detailed reports, attending show and tells, and running regular sessions to improve processes and interactions.

Zaizi is growing rapidly and so are the range of customers and types of engagements that we take on. As a Club Exec, you will be accountable for a group of customers - and from time to time, as Zaizi grows and rebalances our Clubs, these customers may change. Our Club Execs will work closely with each other to ensure an efficient distribution of accounts is maintained, along with advising the Chapter Leads, principals, leads and other key stakeholders on improvements to the distribution of effort.

Metrics
Our Club Execs will own or be jointly responsible for specific metrics, including margin (Club and Teams) and utilisation. Although there will be KPIs, none of these will be achieved without teamwork and a sense of common purpose: realising the potential of our staff, our customers, and _their_ employees and UK citizens.

Reporting
Our Club Execs will, initially, report directly to the CEO of Zaizi. As Zaizi grows, this will change. Our Club Execs will remain focused on the outcomes of the Clubs while helping to shape the long term operational structure of Zaizi.

**Requirements**:

- Agile project delivery
- Product-driven development
- Experience taking projects through the GDS Service Standards phases
- UK Government sector - Defence, intelligence, health, central
- Working on SC or DV cleared projects would be beneficial
- Digital portfolio management

**SC Clearance**:
**Salary £80,000 - £100,000**
