Trainee Fabricator

2020 Recruitment are working with our manufacturing client who are looking to add Trainee Fabricators to their team in Roborough, Plymouth.

This is a temporary role but a permanent contract will be on offer for those who pass the initial probation period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in the industry to start their career in Manufacturing.

**The Role**

As the Trainee Fabricator you will be part of a growing team that offers the opportunity to develop through the companies NVQ training assessment centre.

Duties will include:

- Supporting the main Fabrication Team
- Working with Engineers on the shop floor
- Cutting, Shaving and labelling parts
- General factory duties

Basic working hours are 07.00 - 17.30 Monday - Thursday

Overtime if required x1.5 Friday. 2x Saturday, 3x Sunday

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:

- Experience or a genuine interest in Fabrication
- Timekeeping skills are essential
- Willing to work and take on extra duties
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Health and Safety conscious
