We have commenced work on phase 2 of myJourney to implement the Employee Central and Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SuccessFactors. We are looking for a Process Specialist to support the SuccessFactors Business Lead to help make this a success. Due to a promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Process Specialist to join our small team, supportive and focused team.

**About you**

With first rate communication skills, you’ll have experience of understanding, documenting, and assessing complex business requirements, and making changes that meet these requirements. To be successful you’ll need strong knowledge of process modelling methodologies and supporting activities along with knowledge of systems and how processes interface with these systems. Ideally you have process modelling experience - ARIS/Visio based and understanding of operational process and technologies.

You will lead the process activity relating to component parts of the end-to-end process on behalf of our Global Process Owner (Hire to Retire). You’ll work in partnership with the relevant delivery areas, senior stakeholders and delivery leads to establish our processes in the most effective and efficient way in the SuccessFactors systems. You will also play a big part in helping to shape solutions for improvement in our processes and truly transform the end user experience for our colleagues at TfL making it a great place for everyone to thrive.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Takes the lead on identifying improvement to processes in functional area and translating this into tangible requirements and solutions that are future proofed in alignment with the strategic direction of their area / the E2E process
- Drives process improvement in their functional area in alignment with the wider E2E process by analysing processes, making recommendations on improvement opportunities, and delivering solutions in partnership with the business
- Partners effectively with their functional areas to identify, design and deliver process improvement, providing advice on best practice processes and aligning this with the wider process change landscape
- Drives ongoing continuous improvement within their area/s of the E2E process, fostering a requirement driven approach to optimising colleague experience in both the short and long-term
- Identifies opportunities to optimise the service model linked to the process activity
- Applies the right processes, methods, and tools to identify improvements and deliver changes
- Provides support and analysis in the resolution of major performance issues / issues with the performance of the process in collaboration with the relevant Delivery Lead

**Skills**
- Expert in relevant processes and tools applicable to the E2E Process
- Excellent at understanding, documenting, and assessing complex business requirements, and making changes that meet these requirements
- Strong attention to detail, with strong numeracy and analytical thinking
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement improvements that have a medium-long term impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

**Knowledge**
- Good understanding of their functional area/s, including how the processes work within them
- Strong knowledge of process modelling methodologies
- Knowledge of business analysis and supporting activities (e.g., requirements gathering etc.
- Knowledge of systems and how processes interface with these systems
- Knowledge of TfL policies (desirable)
- Knowledge of the wider business, notably other processes and how they interface with their own processes

Experience
- Experience of working in matrix management to achieve results
- Process modelling experience - ARIS/Visio based
- Detailed understanding of operational process and technologies
