Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as Head of Marketing or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in project management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
- Exceptional time management skills

Potential to earn commission from additional revenue made by the company.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
