WHAT TO EXPECT:
We have launched an opportunity for an Enterprise Asset Management Specialist in the Industrial Operations Digital & Innovation, Manufacturing Systems team.

The Manufacturing Systems team is responsible for delivering & updating new systems and processes for deployment across JLR's global manufacturing footprint, and for the implementation of business processes required to ensure effective IT-enabled Systems.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Asset & Resource Management Global Process Lead by heading the development & deployment of Enterprise Asset Management into JLR's manufacturing facilities across the global footprint. This will include developing mobile capability to JLR's Maintenance functions, predictive & condition-based monitoring technicques for Asset Performance management, integration of Materials Management for spare part integration to maintenance planning & scheduling, and working with the Innovation team to develop AR/VR/AI (Augmented Reality/ Virtual Reality/ Artificial Intelligence) capabilities to Maintenance specific functions.

The location is stated as Solihull Plant, this is negotiable to any of JLR's Manufacturing facilities in the UK, however the requirement is that the role will require regular movement between each of the Operational Plant and Engineering locations within the UK & may require international travel including all JLR manufacturing locations. The role has a direct reporting line to the Asset & Resource Management Global Process Lead

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work on a structure approach to solving business problems using business process improvement methods in order to develop more effective and efficient ways of working.
- Contribute to the delivery and planning of strategic options analysis and evaluation together with proposal presentation to senior stakeholders on Business Processes and related improvements
- Contribute to the delivery, cost, budget control and quality improvements with a keen customer focus taking overall responsibility for budget management and quality management
- Work in line with formal project and change management techniques to ensure on time delivery and achievement of planned outcomes
- Continuous improvement within the area and support continuous improvement events and activities

WHAT YOU-LL NEED:

- Relevant previous experience Business Process Improvement
- Previous experience of Project Management and use of Project Management techniques
- Relevant previous experience in Asset Management & Maintenance to ensure the strategic vision and end product meets the needs of the customers
