**Architectural Technologist, Southampton - £30k - £40k DOE**
Exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with around 5 -10 years’ experience to join a consultancy based in the centre of Southampton. Well established local practice with a small team of 10 working mainly in Leisure, retail and hospitality withsome work in commercial and larger scale residential projects.

**The Role**:

- Producing working drawing packages
- Liaising with consultants and clients
- Lead and manage technical design projects
- Attending site meetings
- Measured surveys and site inspections
- Vectorworks software skills is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
- Previous project sector experience on the above required
- Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
- Relevant Architectural qualification
- In practice experience essential
