**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a focus on marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
