**Replenishment Planner **to join us in

**Responsibilities**
- Raising Non-Stock Purchase Orders: Checking Supplier lead times and any MOQ requirement.
- Raising Blanket order releases.
- Understanding supply demand screens.
- WIP order Management: Understanding WIP requirement.
- Raising I Procurement orders.
- Run forward order Chase (for late supply issues).
- Chase Suppliers where needed.
- Communicate to Customer Services and supplier late deliveries.
- Update database for Stores/Purchasing.
- Deal with all invoice queries daily; liaising with departments to clear queries and allocate invoices correctly.
- Back-end reports: Aged open orders that need actioning monthly.
- Deal with the daily KUK imports from the EU, liaising with transport companies to collect from the EU and deliver to KUK
- Deal with any Imports outside the EU (USA).
- Liaise with EU suppliers to clear goods from the EU to the UK, adding all documentation to the CUDO system for Metro to complete the clearance process on Kawneer’s behalf.
- Create all export documentation for customer deliveries outside the UK.
- Liaise with transport/Intermediaries to ensure all documentation is correct.
- Planners Workbench, releasing items from Compressions to buy.
- Raising Purchase orders: Checking Supplier lead times and any MOQ requirement.
- Rapid order Entry: booking all hardware customer orders checking stock availability and supplier lead-times if not in stock.

**Essential Skills & Knowledge**
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of import/export processes
- 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain role
- Relevant GCSE’s or equivalent including Math’s and English
- Qualification in Supply chain management or Business studies would be good (not essential)
- Good knowledge of Excel.
