**SAP Data Architect**

Global FMCG business seeks to attract a proven SAP Data Architect to join a senior management team on a data innovation transformation programme. The mandate for the team is to deliver S/4 Hanna from their existing SAP ERP and manage the migration and innovationof analytics.
**Top Accountabilities**:

- Provide SAP data expertise to support the Data Lead in the delivery of the SAP MDG Implementation and S/4 Data Transformation
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge, and/or a proven record of success, in executing various functional and technical aspects of SAP migration projects following industry best practices involving Data Modelling, workflow design and management, Business Validation
- Rules modelling and Data Replication Framework (DRF).
- Assess scope and bring additional Data objects into scope and MDG design as required
- Responsible from a Diageo perspective, working closely with the selected data partners, for the extraction, transformation, and load of data during the S/4 programme including leading the mock cutovers
- Provide significant input into the design and migration of Business Partner, especially from a Commercial data aspect
- Partner with the data lead and data council, provide expertise and advice
- Build and nurture strong relationships at senior management and executive level
- Create and maintain technical and policy documentation
- Assess the MDG and control readiness of internal business units and provide the appropriate level of MDG assistance
- Provide the experienced SAP data input into functional workshops and own data actions
- Responsible for data object mapping and conversion design support to functional teams and supporting the selected data partner (SI)
- Provide Data Quality best practice and input to MDG data design and build (work with functional teams, data partner and Data Quality team)
- Provide DQ/best practice and input into S/4 data design and conversion from legacy (work with functional teams, data partner and Regional Data teams)
- Lead data defect investigation and resolution for the SAP data objects within the modules of responsibility

**Required Experience**:

- Excellent technical and functional SAP knowledge on data objects within the modules within Voyager scope
- Excellent functional data design and integration knowledge
- Experienced working with SI partners in complex global SAP implementations in complex organizations and industries
- Hands on experience in configuration of finance master data in S/4 MDG
- Experienced in data harmonization involving de-duplication and mass changes during conversion/transformation
- Excellent understanding of SAP S/4 and MDG technical framework including BADI, BAPI/RFC/FM, Workflows, IDoc, Fiori, LSMW, S/4 Migration Cockpit, ABAP, SQL, BODS and similar
- Knowledge of SAP data dictionary tables, views, relationships, and corresponding data architecture for ECC and S/4 HANA for various SAP master and transactional data objects including high depth of functional knowledge for core master data objects likecustomer, vendor, material, and finance-specific data objects e.g., chart of account, cost centre, and profit centre.
