**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Internal Technical Sales, Customer Service, Sales Administration - Facilities Management

As a second tier supplier into the facilities management sector, we are the "go-to" professionals for our clients when they need non-core products. The key part of your role is to understand the challenges your clients have, the products they need and create/ source solutions for them.

You'll be working with some of London's iconic buildings, the products you will source are ones that ensure the City keeps working.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: Internal Technical Sales, Customer Service, Sales Administration - Facilities Management
- Questioning, understanding and qualifying a customer's requirements. This could range from a like-for-like product replacement to a new solution for a discontinued product.
- Liaise with circa 1000 suppliers to source the most suitable commercial solution whilst understanding lead times, margins and USP's.
- Preparing and generating quotations. (from scratch or the CRM system) - Every enquiry receives a quote. These are generated using the CRM/ERP software
- Maintaining management reports on sales using the data gathered by the online ERP software
- Consistent liaison with suppliers and purchasing team to ensure we are aware of any challenges that may occur.Reviewing all inbound stock to confirm it matches the order.
- Occasional customer facing Sales Support - including site meetings and surveys.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**: Internal Technical Sales, Customer Service, Sales Administration - Facilities Management
- A commercial minded individual, able to demonstrate understanding of margins, lead times and USPs of a product - value versus cost.
- A background or the ability to understand the needs of a commercial building and its occupants
- Any experience of the FM (Facilities Management) sector is a distinct advantage
