Salary is £11.10 per hour

(increasing from 1st April 2024, in line with national minimum wage and national living wage increases)

**ABOUT YOU**

Ideally, you will have had previous experience of paid or volunteer work in a similar role and have a Level 3 in a relevant qualification (or a desire to work with us to achieve this).

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Bank Staff Worker’s role is to work as part of a committed and capable team to provide housing related support to those who need our help, supporting them to achieve their aspirations for future housing and independent living. The Bank Staff Worker also helps to maintain a safe and supportive living environment for vulnerable people and to help manage any additional support needs of residents through various engagement methods.
