**Your key responsibilities**
- Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Arranging, coordinating, and documenting internal and external meetings / events
- Processing expenses for travel
- Procuring office supplies and equipment
- Receiving and interacting with incoming visitors where required
- Working collaboratively with internal staff at all levels and all functions to support the needs of the business

**Your skills and experience**
- Relevant personal/team assistant experience from working within Financials Services or Professional Services industries
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience working with senior executives / Board members
- High integrity and be able to safeguard confidential and sensitive information
- Educated to degree level or with relevant professional work experience
