**Night Receptionist - Luxury Apartment Complex - Croydon, London**

Your new employer is a is a market leading Build to Rent and luxury aparthotel operator within Croydon, London with a large portfolio of luxury residential buildings across the UK. Due to a recent opening of an exciting new complex, they are seeking a Night Receptionist to join a forward-thinking customer-first team based in Croydon, London to manage the front-of-house and provide a high level of customer service to residents.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, building rapport with both residents and team members.
- Management of resident enquiries, ensuring that all are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain and uphold a high standard for community check appeal by conducting routine inspections of all community amenities and common areas..
- Follow health and safety procedures and policies in accordance with the company.
- Carrying out regular security patrols.

**What You’ll Get in Return**:

- £30,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime + Pension + 10% Bonus (OTE £32,600 Per Annum)
- 4 On 4 Off Shift | 12 Hour Shift | 19:30 - 07:30
- 20 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- Pension and Training to progress into senior positions

**What You’ll Need to be Successful**:

- Excellent relationship building skills, both with entirely new and long term residents.
- Efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional, and well-mannered nature.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Work well within a team dynamic and contribute to an established open culture.
- Be Microsoft Efficient.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
