- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus
- Assist with seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen / bar staff
- Provide guests with information about daily specials and menu items
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the host/host station and dining area
- Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow

**Skills**:

- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle reservations effectively
