A specialist team within Corporate Property Services; working exclusively on the progression of new home sales through to completion on behalf of our Residential Development hubs throughout the UK. As part of the Corporate Property Services operation the teamadd value through active intervention with all stakeholders to ensure sales are contracted in the optimum timeframe. The team manage the relationship with estate agents, solicitors and Countrywide’s regional new homes hubs to accurately forecast and progresssales to contract in a targeted and results driven environment.
**The Role**
You will be working within a team environment with responsibility for progressing your own portfolio of sale agreed properties and managing the day to day relationship with key stakeholders. Building great relationships you will be actively engaging with estateagents, solicitors and developers to progress each sale diligently and tenaciously.
You will take pride in ensuring that each sale is managed to specific standards and be responsible for actively updating sales to enable the business to produce meaningful forecasts and accurate management information to drive performance.
**What You Will Be Doing**
**Sales Progression**
Ensuring that each sale is actively chased by liaising with the estate agents, solicitors, developers, purchasers and other key stake holders as necessary.
**Problem Solving**
Using your understanding of the sale and purchase journey and problem solving skills to overcome any challenges encountered with the new build plot purchase process.
**Weekly System Updates**
Fact finding and corroboration to ensure accurate information is entered for all stakeholders in the transaction.
**Development Records**
Processing site and house type descriptions within CRM systems.
**Ad - Hoc Duties**
Associated with the development of the Sales Progression team and its processes.
