**This Role**

**Role Requirements**
- Interpreting architects’ drawings to provide layouts, quotations and design details for residential and commercial builds
- Using bespoke software to create 2D layouts of floor areas, adhering to the clients’ specification and designing the structural elements of the floor
- Building positive, professional relationships with site managers and buyers
- Communicating with sites to provide technical support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and a careful, organized approach to each task
- Desire to progress and develop in a fast-moving industry
